The aikidoka can, when needed, fall forward with techniques like sumi otoshi or kote gaeshi. The movements are more fluent. The differences between kihon gi (base form) and oyo gi (applied form) are understood. Taisabaki will be applied correctly. Techniques of all previous kyu examinations can be shown on a higher level. The following must be present while executing the techniques: rythm, tension, zanshin, kokoro, kokyu ryoku, kiai and a correct attitude regarding Aikido as a discipline. Suwari waza
