General information:
For all Shi Zen Ryu Aikido sessions, students should have a tanto, jo, bokken and two hanbo's.
All of the abovementioned lessons, sessions and workshops are held in the dojo of Aikido Club Shi Zen Ryu, Leiden City:
Gymhall Molensteeg between numbers 13a and 15 (side street of Doezastraat) in the center of Leiden.
(Unless otherwise stated)

Directions.
With personal transport :
On A4 take exit Zoeterwoude - dorp (exit nr. 7).
Follow the signs direction Leiden (Europaweg).
After the bridge crossing the Rijn - Schiekanaal, turn right, entering the Lammenschansweg. At the end of the Lammenschansweg (traffic-lights), turn left after crossing the bridge, along the canal. This is the Jan van Houtkade. At the end, turn right, entering the Doezastraat. The Molensteeg is situated halfway the Doezastraat, on the left.

Parking:
Within the Singel-area (the canal along the Jan van Houtkade, Doezastreet-side) parking fee is obligatory at certain times.
Outside the Singel-area parking is still free.

Travelling from Schiphol Airport:
After arrival, go to the central hall, ground floor.
Take a trainticket to Leiden, station Leiden Centraal.
Train-platforms are in the basement, trains usually run every 15 minutes.

How to get there from the train station:
Train station is located in North-West part of Leiden. Dojo is in the South.
Leiden is not a big town so it's around 20 minutes walk.
When at station: take main exit direction city center. Walk strait forward.
Road is called Stationsweg. Continue walk strait on; streetname changes to Steenstraat (has snackbars, smallshops, cinema). Street slightly turns to left go over bridge and when over bridge go immediately to your right. You'll pass through a restaurant build of glass on boat. Walk straight on (Kort Rapenburg/Princessekade). You reach a street (called Rapenburg) along a canal. Keep on the right side (this is actually the fancyest street in Leiden) and walk on till it becomes Kaiserstraat. First street to the left (Bakkersteeg), cross the bridge and there you are! The Molensteeg!!

Our dojo is not on the streetside.
In the middle of the street there is an open space (gate) giving you access to a large courtyard (playground for children). Cross the courtyard. Dojo is at right side.
