A traditional, intensive training session in the coldest season of the year.
Daily from 19.30 - 21.30.
During every training techniques with the hanbo (short stick, 50 - 70 cm) will also be studied.

Celebration of Shi Zen Ryu's most important day of the year with Aikido demonstrations and a show by taikogroup Hanadon.
